"Sichuan Enterprises Out of Sichuan - Famous Sichuan Products Selling Nationwide" Reached Intentional Procurement of Over CNY 1.5 Billion

Since May this year, the "Sichuan Enterprises Out of Sichuan - Sichuan Famous Products Selling Nationwide" promotion launched by the Sichuan Province, has carried out more than 10 activities across the country, reaching an intentional procurement amount of more than CNY 1.5 billion, a fruitful result. Promoting Sichuan enterprises and products out of Sichuan is an important initiative of Sichuan to boost the high-quality development of the private economy. Previously, the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation has been in Kunshan (Jiangsu Province), Changchun (Jilin Province), Guangzhou (Guangdong Province), Fuzhou (Fujian Province), Shanghai, Chongqing, Ningbo (Zhejiang Province) and other places to start a series of activities, greatly enhancing the popularity of Sichuan products. Coming next, "Sichuan Enterprises Out of Sichuan - Famous Sichuan Products Selling Nationwide"  series of activities will also be spread throughout the country, focusing on publicity and promotion of Sichuan tea, Sichuan wine, Sichuan fruits, Sichuan cuisine, Sichuan grain and oil and other characteristics of more than 40 brands of Sichuan products, to promote more than 80 (times) of small and medium-sized enterprises to enter the main channels of circulation of markets outside the province.

Guang'an Signed 14 Projects with Shenzhen, Totaling CNY 11.7 billion

On October 24, Guang'an held an investment promotion meeting and project signing ceremony in Shenzhen, signing 14 projects, totaling CNY 11.7 billion, involving equipment manufacturing, medicine and health, food and textiles, culture and tourism and other industry sectors. The meeting pointed out that the Sichuan’s well-developed interaction with the new industrial development layout in the eastern seaboard, accelerating the construction of a modernized economic system, has huge potential and broad prospects. In recent years, the Guang'an (Shenzhen) Industrial Park, built by Guang'an and Shenzhen, has signed a total of 79 projects. The cooperation between Guang'an and Shenzhen has become a well-practiced east-west collaboration strategy, deepening the successful cooperation model of the Guangdong and Sichuan.

The 9th Sichuan Agricultural Expo Opened

On October 27, the ninth Sichuan Agricultural Expo opened in Chengdu. There are 20 countries, and China's 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) participated in the expo; exhibitors amounted to more than 3,000. The exhibition area, the number of exhibitors, the level of internationalization and the number of buyers are the largest ever. Sichuan Agricultural Expo is one of the three major institutional exhibitions organized by the People's Government of Sichuan Province, and has become an important platform for Sichuan and even the western region of China to seek cooperation from outside, and for agricultural investment promotion and agricultural trade cooperation. This expo focuses on displaying Sichuan's agricultural development achievements, the effectiveness of regional agricultural cooperation, domestic and foreign agricultural scientific and technological achievements and characteristics of agricultural products, promoting the smooth connection of agricultural products and selling, brand marketing and promotion, agricultural investment, expanding agricultural openness and cooperation, and helping to improve Sichuan’s reputation as an  agriculture-power province.

2023 China (Suining) International Industry Conference of Lithium Battery Held in Suining

On October 25, themed at "Low-carbon Era, Lithium Creates the Future", the "2023 China (Suining) International Industry Conference of Lithium Battery" was held in Suining. The conference held a major investment project signing ceremony, signing a total of 19 lithium battery and its related industrial projects, with a total amount of CNY 20.38 billion. It is reported that in the past three years, Suining City has introduced 40 lithium projects targeting the key links and the missing links in the industrial chain, with a total investment of more than CNY 100 billion. The number of the city’s lithium enterprises above the standard scale stood at 36.
