Activity Season of Well-known Chinese and Foreign Enterprises’ Visit to Sichuan 2022 Kicks off in Chengdu

On July 15, Well-known Chinese and Foreign Enterprises' Visit to Sichuan 2022 Investment Promotion Conference and Launch Event on Opportunities List for Investing in Sichuan was held in Chengdu, marking the start of the activity season of Well-known Chinese and Foreign Enterprises' Visit to Sichuan 2022. Themed "Innovation Drives the Development, Cooperation Fosters the Future", the conference attracted more than 110 state-owned enterprises, Fortune Global 500, top 500 Chinese enterprises, China's top 500 private firms, well-known multi-national corporations, industry-leading enterprises, specialized new enterprises and well-known chambers of commerce and associations.

For the first time, the conference issued the Opportunities List for Investing in Sichuan in the name of Sichuan Province, which summarized more than 20 major policy measures in five aspects, namely opening up, foreign investment, tax reduction and exemption, talent and research and financial support; intensively displayed the general situation of 149 parks in 8 types of platforms, such as state-level new areas and province-level new areas in Sichuan Province; launched 2,062 investment cooperation projects with a total investment of CNY 3.7 trillion.

Project cooperation agreement signing ceremony

22 major projects were signed at the signing ceremony of the project cooperation agreement, covering power battery, new energy and new materials, precision manufacturing, biomedicine, fine chemicals and other industrial fields, providing strong support for further improving Sichuan's modernization system and promoting new industrialization.
It's learned that a number of special activities will be held and a batch of major projects will be signed during the 3-month activity season. After the activity season, cooperation achievements will be released and fully displayed.
